Midtrans Woocommerce supports the merchant to refund their transaction via WooCommerce Dashboard.

1. We only support refund for payment type gopay and credit_card.
2. The transaction status must be Processing and received a settlement status from midtrans HTTP notification.

1. Go to WooCommerce - Orders - Select Order.
   

2. Please make sure the order status has been changed to Processing and received a settlement status on order notes then click the Refund button on the left side.

3. Fill in the information then click the Refund via Midtrans button.

4. Refund success and you will get midtrans response on order notes.
