Here are the tasks for this issue

• When adding a use case, convert it to step-by-step modal first
• Add "Geography" showing where the system will be used (regions), which is "Global" + 7 continents
• Link to models (if available) from a dropdown where the user will be able to multi-select models. If there are no models then instead of adding a dropdown, we can write "No models to link to".
• Add "Target Industry" and "Description" (around/near the current "Goal" field)
• Divide the Settings into 2 columns so additional / extra fields would go to the right column, or re-arrange all fields so that similar fields form a group (open to discussion)
