Updated the top level Directory.Build.targets to support samples with solutions and nested directories. Added build scripts.

Update Uno sample app with latest
blanknet9.0 templateRemove all the cruft and extra stuff that was originally there from the
recommendedtemplate that pulls in all the bells and whistles.
