Issue Description

The README.md file has an outdated help menu, that doesn't have information about newer flags such as -m (#52), -e (#58), and -x (#59). This issue proposes to update the README.md file to use the updated help menu.

Proposed Changes

We can copy the output for ifacemaker --help into the README.md file, since the changes are documented there.
