Describe the bug

Install EP 68.1
Enable Windows 10 (ExplorerPatcher) taskbar and restart Explorer
Ethernet is available and connected

Expected outcome

The weather wigget should when clicked should connect to weather.

Actual outcome

The weather wigget doesn't even come it. It says to check for a connection to the internet.
