ARIA in HTML is being updated to disallow the aria-hidden attribute on the body element. An author error would need to be surfaced if the validator were to find this attribute, particularly in the true state, used on the body element.

This is in alignment with additional updates that the ARIA wg is planning to make concerning the misuse of aria-hidden on the html/body elements (link to that discussion in the aria in html pr)
