Re-enable the GNU test file
tests/seq/seq-precision.sh, which was disabled in #2274. It no longer fills up the logs, and just prints a few error/failure messages.In that file, two of the test cases are failing (one would be fixed by #6959, and I created issue #7098 for the other), so the CI will report this as a new failure.
