As it currently exists, Compile does not do anything with the web component code that will soon ship in the main USWDS package. This PR adds functionality to copy the compiled components into the user's application along with the rest of the package assets.
Update 5/19: Successfully tested this alongside the relevant branch of USWDS (uswds/uswds#6460) on the documentation site and verified that they work together.
