Removed the
add-issue-labels.ymlfile from GitHub workflows. This workflow is now being managed by this project board workflow instead.Related issue

Problem statement
The YAML-based workflow to add the triage label to newly-created items is no longer needed. Instead, we set a triage status in this project board workflow.
Solution
Remove the YAML that adds the "status: triage" label to new issues.
Testing and review
