An attempt to unnest the accordion so you can have just a `<ul>` rather then a `<ul>` in a `<div>`. This helps with specificity and simplicity. In order to make this backwards compatible, I've added rulesets to allow for both ways of making the accordion to work.
Forgot to add code for the open/close state, added it now.
