Acceptance Criteria

• I should be able to automatically compile/compress any assets relating to the web design standards.
• I should be able to easily find and read instructions for this process.
• The code should be published/pushed to any and all necessary locations via a one or two step process (e.g. NPM, WDS website)
  • To be discussed in this issue ( cc: @msecret @maya @juliaelman )
• Changelog.md should be synchronized with Github Release tags
