Currently, the agent is instructed to simply mention its lessons, and maybe try and tweak the skills. This is useful, but really it would be better to record them in github issues (there is a skill for this now via #1610).

I think I want some triage so writing skills changes directly is probably a bad idea, let's try and remove that instruction.
