Document `usethis show sonarqube` more thoroughly

- It will return `sonar-project.properties` if it already exists, ignoring the `--project-key` argument and `tool.usethis.sonarqube.project-key` field in `pyproject.toml`
- Otherwise, it will respect the `--project-key` over the `pyproject.toml` config.
