This is a jekyll website, modified from Karl Broman's simple site by way of Cécile Ané. It uses the github-pages ruby gem.

Notes on installation/building:

• To view a local version run bundle exec jekyll serve.

• This needs ruby and jekyll and things; to update versions of ruby packages, run gem update github-pages, maybe you'll need to do gem update bundler and/or gem update bundle first also.
