Reasons:

• We are landing oxc-resolver into vite.
• Syncing the two resolvers is tedious for everyone, including people who need to make modifications (e.g. arcanis).
• I'm going to enable yarn pnp in oxc-resolver's napi version, given the only problem I had is fixed (large binary size) in pnp = "0.10.0".
• All the changes listed in README.md should be merged back.

I can give you write permission to the repo, if you think this is the correct direction for all of us.
