🧪 What: The testing gap addressed was testing error handling in execute_tool.
📊 Coverage: Added tests to assert proper JSON responses and structure when an unknown tool is provided, and proper Error propagation when tool execution internally fails (like an IO error).
✨ Result: The codebase's test coverage was increased and now asserts correct execute_tool behavior in failure cases.
