🎯 What: Extracted nested logic in crates/poke-around/src/bridge.rs (sync_and_report_tools) into two new functions: perform_sync_attempt and handle_sync_retry.
💡 Why: To reduce cognitive load and deeply nested control flow in the primary function, thereby improving maintainability and readability.
Verification: Ran cargo test and cargo check. Verified the test suite passes completely, confirming the refactoring did not alter external behavior. Code review confirmed #Correct#.
Result: The function sync_and_report_tools is now significantly flatter and easier to understand, directly addressing the deeply nested code health issue.

…helper functions.

* Extract `perform_sync_attempt` to handle the `runner.sync_tools()` call.
* Extract `handle_sync_retry` to handle sleep/retry logic.
* Flatten the loop structure in `sync_and_report_tools` by using the new helper functions.
