Similar to badges that are given by admins, but depending on memebrship level (assuming Premium only) user can uplaod a "custom badge image" for his own profile. Badge can be associated with a link if the last one is entered by profile owner.
Then when admins provide badges they can approve/give a badge that shows the image they uplaoded. ???
