• 1. Join by code. Allows multiple join.
• 2. Join by email. Join is allowed for profile with the specified email only.

Note. Invitation could be sent to non-member, which means that he should be invited to join the site (use Invitations module) and then automatically invited to join the context.

• 1. Contexts' invitations should be listed in one place. In case of App it should be near context switcher.
• 2. Add an input to enter invitation code. It should find related context and suggest to join it.
