Retire warning about using layout:fragment in <head> sections #225

From the most recent post in this old issue: #124 (comment) It might be time to remove that warning message since it was the result of a lack of Thymeleaf features at the time, plus I can't account for all the ways devs want to transform the <head> section so that warning could just be annoying as a result.
