- Setting or Resetting a policy flag always updates every policy, so that we can make sure the connection keeps every policy flag that has been set previously.
- VRVisualizer will now always maximize to fullscreen windowed when it opens
- Now set to to always run in background.

Does what it says on the tin; in both Run In Background and not, the Visualizer will resume acquiring images after the service is paused and unpaused.
Additionally, it looks like the added code is just ensuring that the "Clear" function act just like the "Set" function (which calls all the same code under the hood anyway), so we should be set!
