Follow up to #2391
This PR implements a new
--minimalverbosity level as default that prints the banner with the amount of constraints checked.--normalprints in addition the progress bars of liquid-fixpoint.The PR also includes some clean ups to remove code that was not used, and simplifies some types in the Parse module.
