Description

"Warning! You have unsaved changes" pops up when refreshing the Filterlists pane page in Firefox Stable

A specific URL where the issue occurs

moz-extension://[insert the extension id on your device]/dashboard.html#3p-filters.html

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the dashboard and open the filterlists pane page on Firefox stable.
2. Refresh the page
3. Observe that the warning appears after every refresh of the aformentioned page.

PS -- You may need to refresh twice or thrice to reproduce on default settings.

Expected behavior:

Warning never appears ever on the Filterlists pane page.
