I thought about somehow keeping the old Noto Color font, but in the tests we don't really have a way of forcing a specific one. So I ended up replacing it... Let me know what you think.
Alternatively, I could also include sbix/cbdt fonts from https://github.com/simoncozens/test-fonts and add tests for them.
