https://typescript-eslint.io/docs is a 404 right now. But "Docs" is a header item. And at least one person has used that link in a separate package: JoshuaKGoldberg/eslint-plugin-expect-type#832. How about we make it redirect to https://typescript-eslint.io/getting-started?
