Problem/Feature

This is an update to the CLI token product docs

Description of Changes:

• CLI token product docs page updated with more details
• Added explicit notes about not putting / at the end of the OAuth Redirect URLs (which took me a while to figure out)
• Added details on using -p to change the port when you've already got something running there. This wasn't covered in the docs, but I found it in the source code. I'm running off the assumption it's something available for public use.
