Up until late yesterday afternoon (8/22) when I used the topbar navigation any elements below the topbar were moved down the height of the top bar so that any content immediately proceeding would not be covered by the bar. Now the bar covers whatever immediately proceeds it. I'm not sure if this was done on purpose or not and is easily fixed with another style, but I liked it the old way.
