The rootPath config option must be removed. It does nothing useful and introduces ambiguity.

The root directory currently is set to the directory that contains the config file. This must be decouple by always setting the root directory to the current directory. The new --root flag can be used to set the root directory.

Another aspect: having rootPath in a config files, makes it unclear how relative paths are be resolved.
