There is no need to make a distinction between e.g. `dump-load` and `dump-load-rs` since flate2 defaulted to a Rust backend 2 years ago, see rust-lang/flate2-rs@c479d064e2. This is a breaking change, but we need to do a major bump anyway due to lazy-loading of syntaxes.
