Describe the bug

I have tags for structuring my time tracking at work.
I sometimes use tags values multiple times.
If one value is used, it's filtered out from autocomplete of the other tags, too.

To Reproduce
Something like "topic:dev-sync" and "type:dev-sync" as two tags on one entry.
For the second tag, the value is missing in the autocomplete list, even if typing the first letters, but it's possible to enter it manually.

Seems like there is something filtering the values if set once.

Expected behavior

Different Tags using the same value can be added to one entry using autocomplete.

Docker
Worked in 0.7.1 and stopped working after switching to 0.8.1.
