Plans to release 2.0.0 stable release

Hi! I was wondering whether there were any plans to release a 2.0.0 stable release? The README says that the latest release is 2.0.0, indicating that there already is a stable release ([which there isn't](https://central.sonatype.com/artifact/co.touchlab/stately-concurrency/2.0.0-rc3/versions?smo=true)).
