It might be easier to remove the copied code and instead depend on the aquatic_udp_protocol crate (see https://doc.rust-lang.org/cargo/reference/specifying-dependencies.html#specifying-dependencies-from-git-repositories). :-)

Otherwise, you need to redistribute the Apache 2.0 license file with the source code (e.g. in your repository). You should also add the following text to the top of all copied source files:

Licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0 (the "License");
you may not use this file except in compliance with the License.
You may obtain a copy of the License at

    http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0

According to the license, you must also prominently list any changes you've made to the files. This might be easier to do if you keep the copied files separate from your own code.

When it comes to binary redistributions, you need to include the Apache 2.0 license file. You should also include a NOTICE text file with attributions, e.g.:
