I'd prefer to not keep a copy of the same spec, but always point to the official, latest spec in this repo: https://github.com/toon-format/spec

I wasn't aware that you already began preparing the migration to the TOON org. Much appreciated! I propose some changes to further adhere to the semantics of the other repos. 🙂
