@picarro-yren There still seems to be some type checking errors that need to be fixed. It's perhaps also worth thinking about dropping support for 3.8/3.9 |

This PR updates Plottr to use numpy 2.0.
Plottr code is checked using ruff NPY201 to make sure it's compatible with numpy 2.0
