This all looks good!
You cannot edit py files from monitr but that makes sense to me. You will certainly be opening and running them from somewhere else.

This pull request adds the feature to view (but not edit) a .py file in the same directory as a ddh5 file.
We want this because we save the .py script of the experiment for every run.
