This matches the changes done to QCoDeS
We avoid bundling ~2500 l of code but use a normal dependency that can be upgraded as needed
This also changes the format of the version when installing from a non released version to be next_version.dev{ncommits}+branchinfo which much better ensures that this will be reported as newer than the current version but older than the next release
