• Removes --nopath option as it broke a few things; need a better way to implement it

• Adds --nopath option (experimental and slightly broken)

• Adds --location / -L option for default HTTP engine (issue #18)

• Switches prefix/suffix terminology to host/path (issue #21). Although this is a breaking change, I think it's the right thing to do for usability.

• Adds the ability to use the rawhttp library (experimental)

• Output filenames now use a hash of their contents to avoid overwriting files accidentally (thanks @cmbuckley!)

• Adds rate limiting (-d / --delay option) - thanks to @hrbrmstr for kicking me in to getting done :)
