Description

This pull request updates the integration testing and build infrastructure to use Coreum's cored version 5.0.3 instead of 5.0.0. The change ensures that all references, tools, binaries, and CI steps are aligned with the new version.

Upgrade to Coreum cored v5.0.3

• Updated all references in the build scripts, integration test configuration, and upgrade logic to use cored-v5.0.3 instead of cored-v5.0.0, including renaming constants and binary paths in build/tools/tools.go and updating the download URLs and hashes for all supported platforms. • Changed the CI workflow (.github/workflows/ci.yml) to run the "integration tests tx-chain-upgrade-v5.0.3" step instead of the previous v5.0.0 step. [1] [2]

Dependency and script updates

• Updated the github.com/tokenize-x/tx-crust and github.com/tokenize-x/tx-crust/znet dependencies in build/go.mod to newer versions, for compatibility with the new upgrade scenario.

• Updated the scripts/setup-client.sh script to use v5.0.3 as the default version for client setup.
