Proposed Changes
As I started to work on the lifecycle docs, I realized that there was a lot of overlap with stuff in "getting started". Rather than maintain two sections or force users to know where to find stuff, I moved everything into either "lifecycle" or "local", and then just made the "getting started" section link to those. There is no easy way (apart from ugly '.. include' directives) to get the content to show in both places and maintain a sane prev/next flow.
