Proposed Changes
This updates the client to version 7.0.0 of the kubernetes java client. This requires API changes as well as reflect config changes. Unfortunately, I missed an issue when upstreaming fixes before, so this doesn't quite get us to the point of being able to run with a native built image, but I will address that in a subsequent PR.
Testing
Ran through kubernetes workflows by hand.
