Previously downloaded titan images cause install error on windows #40
Description
Expected Behavior
When running titan install on a machine that has previous versions, titan should be able to determine which versions have been installed.
Actual Behavior
Windows is not able to split on the line break between 0.3.1 and latest for titan images causing an exception
Steps to Reproduce the Problem
On windows, run titan install twice.
