Progress Tracker does not catch failures

## Expected Behavior

During install, if a step fails, the progress tracker should display the failure message and not the success message

## Actual Behavior

When an install step fails, "Titan cli successfully installed, happy data versioning :)" is output. 

## Steps to Reproduce the Problem

`titan install -r nottitandata`

## Version

`0.3.1`
