Fix(ibooks): resolve word selection issue in Apple Books#996

Apple Books (iBooks) did not allow word selection as it returned an accessibility error despite having selected text. This change adds its bundle identifier `com.apple.iBooksX` to an allowed list to enable text lookup. Fixes #964
