TimberPost is still using Timber::loop_to_id(), which apparently has been removed.

I get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Timber::loop_to_id() in /(...)/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/timber-library/functions/timber-post.php on line 36

This is what I did:

1. Activated the timber-starter-theme.
2. Installed the BuddyPress plugin.
3. Viewed any of the BuddyPress pages (eg. 'Members').

Regular pages don't generate an error message.
