Missing Cyprus line of control between north and south (green line)

* **What did you see?** Missing borders of https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/3263909 in tiles. That's a `boundary=military` feature, and there are also strange `admin_level=3` boundary line relations here, too.
* **What did you expect to see?** Should be there as `line_of_control` &/or `overlay_limit` to match Natural Earth.
* **What map location are you having problems with?** Cyprus, but same could be true in Korea, Syria, Israel.
