When we intercut the runway lines in the roads layer with the landuse, we should know via #1277 the kind_detail of the feature. We should copy that over to the line features, too, so we can know if the runways are for what kind of feature.

Primarily this will help identify international airports versus little regional airports and help with limiting styling to just those at low- and mid-zooms.
