Should we wait for COSMIC Beta 4?
Not a huge rush though, as COSMIC's beta releases are apparently weekly, at least until December.

Everything is good in the pre-merge pipeline even though it shows as red. The Orins fail because the QSPI version changes. We will need to flash the devices after this PR is merged. Only QSPI output changed, we will need a patch to the test-automation.

rtkit: Use some upstream hardening configs

cuda: Disable cudaSupport

but cuda is in massive flux at the moment.
