For some reason, there was an old Continuous Integration and Distribution illustration in the documentation. Text has 14 numbered bullets but the illustration had only 9 numbered arrows. I found an illustration with 14 numbered arrows and more boxes from an old Ghaf release. Restoring the illustration with 14 numbered arrows in this PR.
