Fixes #258.
Fix the back navigation in menu screens('Recovery phrase', 'Send testnet coins back' and 'About Padawan') so that on pressing back the user navigates back to the menu screen instead of the wallet screen.
Add a top app bar that is present on other screens of the app (i.e. Recieve, Senc screen) which has a back button in it.
