Unable to change file path in PathEdit control

Prerequisites

The Editor is open and a project loaded.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Editor Settings
2. Try to change a text in any PathEdit field
3. Change the focus

Expected behavior:

Text in PathEdit changed

Actual behavior:

The text changed back to previous
